2010年7月26日 香港特別行政區行政長官曾蔭權先生到香港特區有份參與援建的「川港康復中心」的工地了解及視察情況，「站起來」團隊亦有參與其中。下午，「站起來」團隊應政制及內地事務局的邀請，在成都香格里拉酒店出席曾特首與香港非政府機構的茶聚。在茶聚上，「站起來」團隊向曾特首匯報「站起來」由香港特區資助的四川援建項目──「川港康復培訓及發展中心」的工作進度。同日上午，「站起來」發起人陳啟明教授到四川省人民醫院探訪「站起來」支持的地震傷員，了解他們手術後的康復情況。 26 July 2010 Mr. Donald TSANG Yam-kuan, Chief Executive of HKSAR, visited the site of “Sichuan-Hong Kong Rehabilitation Centre”, a Sichuan reconstruction project supported by the HKSAR and Stand TALL team joined the visit. Invited by the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau, Stand TALL team attended the cocktail party of CE Mr. Donald TSANG with HK non-governmental organization; and Stand TALL team reported the progress of “Sichuan-Hong Kong Training and Development Center”. In the morning of the same day, Prof. Kai-ming CHAN visited the Stand TALL patients in Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital to look into their post-surgical conditions.
