	2009年9月2 - 政务司司长唐英年一行在四川省人民医院见证了川港康复中心项目的设计合同签署仪式。唐英年随后往地震伤员康复中心，探访正接受康复治疗的伤员，并与他们高歌。伤员杨兰把一幅亲手制造的刺绣送给唐司长。 2 September 2009 - The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, and the HKSARG delegation witnessed the signing of the project design contract of the Sichuan Hong Kong Rehabilitation Centre in the Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital. Mr Tang then met patients receiving rehabilitation treatment at the rehabilitation centre dedicated to those injured in the earthquake. He sang songs with patients. One of the patient Yang Lan sent a self-made artwork to him.
